At The Espresso Smith, every refurbished Sage espresso machine is restored with care and attention to detail. We stand by our work—so each machine comes with a 6-month return-to-base warranty, covering:

✅ Expert repair service by a trained technician
✅ Free return shipping after warranty repairs are completed

If your machine develops a fault within the warranty period, simply return it to us—we’ll repair it and send it back to you, good as new.

⚠️ Please Note:

This warranty does not cover faults caused by scale build-up, which can occur if the machine is not regularly descaled. We strongly recommend using filtered water and following a regular cleaning and descaling routine to keep your machine running smoothly.
