If your machine develops a fault within the warranty period, simply return it to us—we’ll repair it and send it back to you, good as new.
This warranty does not cover faults caused by scale build-up, which can occur if the machine is not regularly descaled. We strongly recommend using filtered water and following a regular cleaning and descaling routine to keep your machine running smoothly.
